how it works
Step 1:
Let’s meet. A free consultation is included.
Tell me about your current diet, favorites, dislikes & any health conditions that would benefit from a healthier way of eating. If convenience is the main purpose, we will go from there.
Offering menus for specialty diets, gluten-free, diabetic, low carb, and low sodium.
Step 2:
Minimum of 5 individual meals per week or 3 family size meals (4+ family members).
Based on you, your needs & preferences I will create & provide you and your family with a specific-to-you portions changing weekly.
Orders are taken by Saturday evening via text/email.

Meal Planning - created weekly based on the season & your noted goals/restrictions & preferences.
Shopping - Done only in local grocery stores and farmers markets.
Cooking - Meals are prepared and delivered to your home by 4:00pm MTW based on your needs. Meals will be stored either individually or in a family style package. Either microwave or place food in oven.
Step 3:
No preparation needed. Remove from your refrigerator or freezer, reheat & enjoy!
3 month contract is required to secure your meal deliveries. Payment will be taken via venmo or personal check only @ time of ordering (venmo) or delivery (check).
